AT&T Store

Jesse was amazing! He helped us get the best deal possible. He was kind, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We are extremely grateful. We would've bought the phone through Apple if it wasn't for him. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!

The young man who helped me was truly amazing! I can’t remember his name, but he was wearing lots of rings. He was super fast, informative and even put my screen protector and case on my new phone for me! Super kind, and friendly. This store is great! Thank you!!!

In September I upgraded two phones to IPhone 15. The store manager was not helpful or interested in assisting in any way. Even worse although I declined Pay Protection Plan he not only added it to both lines he added Next Generation to both lines as well. When I came back to surrender our phones for the monthly credit he was at the door looking at his phone. He never looked up to say hello, good bye or thank you. If I were not a retired AT&T employee I would leave AT&T for another carrier. I did call to have these charges removed from my account but I will not use this store in the future.

I needed both an Att line and a Verizon line to ensure I always have service due to the remote area I live in. This was made clear to Jesse. He also told me I would have to go to Verizon store so they could put the Verizon line on the phone, and so I did. However, unbeknownst to me, the new phone was locked and the line could not be installed until the phone was paid off. I called att customer service who told me it could not be unlocked and the phone could not be paid off for 2 months. This was ridiculous and now I am stuck without cell service when I can't get att or I have to buy another phone. That policy should have been told to me. Also, there should be a way to unlock my phone to add another line.

This store is terrible. We have had two separate problems when trading in phones. The first S22 that we traded in. They gave a six dollars and thirty cents for. After the authorized User realized what Had happened he went back to the store and requested the phone back. The customer service representative just tried to tell him that it was fine, and it wasn't going to be a problem. But he was just reading the receipt and correctly. On the second trading, which was an S20. No, ultra, what's being traded in for an S23 Ultra. They failed to give us the $800 in. Trade in credit because they conveniently stated that the value of the phone was less than $35 tray. They also apply to a different phone number on account. Several of the employees are nasty, And they actually hang up the phone's repetitively. I don't recommend going to the store for any reason.!
